How we help renters
An agent in your corner — at no cost to you in most cases
In most Orlando rentals the landlord or listing brokerage pays the leasing fee, so working with us typically costs you nothing. We’ll always tell you up front if a property is different.
Targeted search
We match you with homes by commute, school zone, budget, pets and must-haves — including new listings as they hit the market.
Fast, flexible tours
In-person or live video tours seven days a week, so you can move quickly on the good ones.
Application coaching
We help you put together a complete, compelling application and explain what landlords are looking for.
Lease review
We walk you through the lease — deposits, pets, maintenance, renewal and early-termination terms — before you sign.

Renter questions
What do I need to qualify for a rental in Orlando?
Most landlords look for gross monthly income of about three times the rent, a credit and background check, and positive rental history. Requirements vary by property, so we’ll tell you what each landlord expects before you apply.
How much is a typical deposit?
Expect a security deposit of about one month’s rent, plus first month’s rent at signing. Pet deposits or monthly pet rent are common for homes that allow pets.
What is the typical rent in Orlando?
Apartment List’s October 2026 Orlando rent report put the citywide median at about $1,522 a month for apartments ($1,297 for one bedroom, $1,612 for two). Single-family homes typically rent for more, and prices vary widely by neighborhood, size and amenities.
Can you help me if I’m moving from another state?
