1Brokers Realty is a boutique Orlando brokerage founded in 2021 by Broker Jonathan Alsaka. We offer residential, luxury, investment and commercial properties across Florida — and we stay with our clients long after the closing.
Our story
Built so clients never have to start over
Most people deal with real estate a handful of times in their lives — and usually juggle a different company for each step. A buyer’s agent for the purchase, a property manager when they move and rent it out, another agent when it’s time to sell, someone else again for a commercial lease.
Jonathan Alsaka started 1Brokers Realty in October 2021 to change that. After two years as a Coldwell Banker Realtor, he set out to build a brokerage where one team handles buying, selling, leasing, property management and investing — with boutique attention and the kind of marketing usually reserved for luxury homes.
