About Jonathan
Jonathan Alsaka is the Founder and Managing Broker of 1Brokers Realty, the Orlando brokerage he launched in October 2021 with a simple idea: people shouldn’t need a different company for every real-estate decision they make. Buying a first home, selling a rental, leasing an office or handing off the day-to-day of an investment property should all be possible with one trusted partner.
Jonathan began his career as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker from 2019 to 2021, where he learned the discipline of a large brokerage — and saw how often clients were passed between departments once a deal closed. He built 1Brokers to keep that relationship in one place, pairing boutique, responsive service with the kind of marketing usually reserved for luxury listings: 4K drone and video, virtual tours and targeted social campaigns.
A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Business Administration, Jonathan approaches every transaction like a business plan: clear numbers, clear timelines and no surprises. Clients describe him as quick to respond, personable and relentless when it matters — whether that’s lining up contractors for an out-of-state seller or guiding first-time buyers through every step.
In 2024 he also founded Orlando Can Rentals, extending the same hands-on approach to the rental market. Outside of work, he’s a proud Orlando local who knows the city’s neighborhoods from Lake Nona to Lake Mary.
