Information we collect

• Information you give us in forms: your name, email, phone number, property address, the details of your real-estate needs and any message you write.
• Your SMS/call consent choice, the exact consent wording you agreed to, and the date, time and IP address of your submission.
• Technical information sent by your browser, such as IP address, browser type, the page you were on and the campaign link (UTM parameters) that brought you to the site.
• With your consent only: analytics and advertising cookies or pixels (for example Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel).

How we use it

• To respond to you and provide the real-estate services you ask about.
• To record your inquiry in our customer-relationship system, BoldTrail (Inside Real Estate), so our team can follow up.
• To send you listings, valuations or market information you request.
• To call or text you only if you checked the consent box, and only about real-estate services.
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and fraud, and understand how the site is used.

Text messages

If you opt in, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or service.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

• Inside Real Estate (BoldTrail) — customer-relationship management and property search.
• Vercel — website hosting and cookieless page analytics. Neon — secure database storage of form submissions.
• Resend — sending email. Cloudflare Turnstile — spam protection.
• Google and Meta — analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept those cookies.
• Lenders, title companies, inspectors or other agents — only when you ask us to connect you, or as needed to complete your transaction.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies keep the site working. We also use cookieless, first-party page analytics. Any analytics or advertising cookies (such as Google or Meta) load only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and whenever they are in use you can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing jonathan@the1brokers.com.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting and real-estate record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them.

Security

Submissions are sent over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
